Karen Boucher’s winning smile and energy is a small portion to her success in the growing real estate industry. A resident to North Rockland for over 35 years, having been raised and attending the North Rockland Schools, Karen is proud to nurture her hometown in its next stage of growth. With her youngest son in the North Rockland School System, Karen’s concern for the successful development of the County is paramount and results in her open and honest real estate transactions.

A Rockland Community College and Lehman College graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and minor in Elementary Education, Karen’s meticulousness and creativity is sought after by clients. Prior to entering Real Estate, Karen has 20 years administrative experience as a secretary and assistant in corporate banks and NYC. After the birth of her youngest son, Karen excelled as a homemaker, watching her other two children become talented young adults and involving herself with the North Rockland Community and becoming active in her children's education.

Beginning with Real Estate as an office assistant, Karen quickly recognized her passion to work with people directly in the buying and selling process.
